Peggy is a registered and licensed dietitian. She graduated Cum Laude with a double major in biology and psychology from Loyola University. She earned her Dietetics degree and a Master's in Public Health, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois. Peggy also completed her Dietetics internship at the University of Illinois Chicago. With over 22 years of experience counseling thousands of patients in an outpatient setting, she helps clients gain clarity not only on their personal nutrition goals but also on the often confusing and conflicting nutrition landscape. Peggy provides one-on-one, personalized nutrition recommendations in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and is skilled at working with clients at all stages of change. She is married and the mother of two college-aged sons. Always passionate about health and nutrition, Peggy became an RD to help others become the healthiest versions of themselves.
