I was seen in a timely manner. The person at the front desk was very nice and she was very transparent about the my insurance situation. They are in the process of taking my insurance and so, she informed me of the payment that I would need to make for the visit and all treatments. Dr. Kim was very nice and he listened to my concerns. He made adjustments to my back, hips, and neck and explained what I needed to do to correct the issues that I have been having. I left his office feeling great! I really needed this appointment and I've already scheduled my next appointment with him.

My visit to Drop. Kim's practice was extremely informative and pleasant. I just wish I was informed that they were out of network before my visit. I was forced to pay a abnormally high deductible. Once they are in-network I will definitely return.

I never write reviews because either I expect good service or I don't want to give a bad review - but Dr Kim was awesome. The wait was less than 3 minutes and they even honored my appointment before the office was even officially open because there was a glitch in the system. His bedside manner is extremely professional he took time to listen to my rambling and took down each and every concern even if it was minor. I didn't feel rushed as he really addressed all my concerns and was honestly one of the best appointments I have had. Thank you!

So glad I came here! I've previously had both good and bad experiences with chiropractors, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was SO pleasantly surprised.
Dr. Kim took the time to get to know the issues in my back/neck, and walked me through each step of the process. He also did above and beyond just a simple adjustment—it really felt like a more holistic experience. He used ultra sound, stim machines, and other techniques I’ve never seen at a DC’s office. I walked in with a 8.5/9 level of pain and walked out feeling so much relief even right away. By the next day, I barely noticed my pain at all.
I used to teach med students, so there were lots of things I appreciated both on a professional and patient level:
+ The whole experience never felt rushed, and he was a great listener!
+ His communication was totally clear throughout, which made me feel comfortable with all of the procedures.
+ I could tell right away that Dr. Kim is super smart, really professional, and someone who puts genuine thought and care into his work.
+ He seems like the rare kind of dr. who loves his job and also happens to be amazing at it!
Other things I really appreciated about this office:
+ The office has a really great vibe-- beautiful, clean, modern decor that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in.
+ The receptionist is super friendly and really helpful.
+ I've been there 3 times now and have never had to wait for my appt. They seem really organized and on point.
+ Location is amazing and so easy to get to--literally half a block from Columbus Circle.

I was very impressed with my first visit to Dr. Kim. His office is impeccable and really modern and clean. After a bad visit with a previous chiropractor, I was thrilled to have found Dr. Kim. He is very gentle yet effective at adjusting your back. I highly recommend going to Dr. Kim and I will continue treatment with him long-term from now on.

Visited Dr. Kim twice now and he is amazing! The first time i went, my neck was "broken" for almost two weeks. I couldn't turn my head much in either direction without pain and in the beginning, I thought it may just have been a bad night of sleep. Went to the masseuse twice with not much relief. Finally came to see Dr. Kim, as I thought I may have actually had something bigger going on... and after my appointment, I walked out of there 90-95% better! It was truly amazing. He is a great listener and encourages you to point out exactly where you are having pain on your neck or back and optimizes treatment accordingly. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgable and professional. Wonderful bedside manner! So patient. Does not make you feel rushed. The office is clean, modern and beautiful. Very inviting. 100% recommend!!

I have to say, Dr. Kim is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. His exam was incredibly thorough and he used a variety of targeted treatment modalities (electric stim, ultrasound, massage, adjustment, and exercise recommendations). I not only felt better after I left the office, but I also feel hopeful for my long-term prognosis.

I was referred to Dr. Kim by friend. Dr. Kim is best chiropractor. He has a great touch and his adjustments fix my problem. I highly recommend you check out Dr. Kim. Go see him if you are in pain. He will take great care of you.

I've been suffering from chronic low back pain for years. After trying various therapies, I've decided to give chiro a shot with Dr. Kim. After 2-3 treatments I felt significantly better and I will always return for more to maintain and get better.

The staff is super and welcoming and Dr. Kim is fantastic. He explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. Most importantly any neck and shoulder pain that has been bothering me for years hasn't felt that good and loose. Since I can remember everyone seems to genuinely care about the patients and always walk out of the office feeling great.

I used to get headaches everyday along with neck & shoulder pain from being on the computer all day at work. After about 2 months of treatment, I now only hardly get headaches and my neck & shoulder feel much better. I wish I found Dr. Kim sooner as he is a god send. If you have aches, pains, I highly recommend Dr. Kim.

I've been to quite a few chiropractors throughout my life because I'm a firm believer that chiropractic care is necessary to maintain my overall well-being. With that said, Dr. Kim is by far the best and makes my spine feel amazing. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with all of my questions. He's also really nice and welcoming, which goes a long way!
