Dr Lementowski was not in office today, but the staff made it possible for me to come in and be seen last minute by the staff that was available in this office. Everyone was so nice. The office manager Jackie was most helpful.

I had a very pleasant visit. The doctor and all of his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The office and facility are very clean and modern. The doctor diagnosed my issue quickly and laid out all the options for me.

Dr. Peter W. Lementowski’s practice includes specialized surgical and non-surgical care of patients with hip and knee ailments. His range includes conservative treatment for hip and knee osteoarthritis, hip and knee injections for pain relief, hip and knee scopes, as well as hip and knee replacements. Dr. Lementowski not only enjoys primary joint replacements, but has become one of the regional referral sources for prosthetic infection treatment, revision surgery for prosthetic loosening, failure, instability, and/or fracture, as well as difficult replacements due to congenital bony deformities. Dr. Lementowski is trained in both traditional and mini-invasive approaches to joint replacement.
Dr. Peter W. Lementowski joined the Long Island Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Services and the St Francis Hospital community from Orlin and Cohen Orthopaedic Associates where he was employed from 2012 and was a member of The Long Island Joint Replacement Institute at South Nassau Communities Hospital. His prior position was as a full-time Academic Attending Physician in Orthopaedic Surgery at North Shore/Long Island Jewish from 2007 until 2012. During that time he was also an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Albert Einstein School of Medicine. He was involved in the Graduate Medical Education, the LIJ OR, and the LIJ Peri-Operative Committees. He currently holds an Assistant Professor position at the Hofstra-NSLIJ School of Medicine.
Dr. Lementowski completed his fellowship training in Adult Joint Reconstruction at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. During this year he obtained vast surgical experience focusing on hip and knee replacements, knee uniarthroplasties, revision hip and knee replacements, prosthetic infections, and hip arthroscopies.

Clean office, lots of parking, staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctor was thorough and efficient and also very nice. X-ray machine on site so you don't have to go anywhere if you need one. MRI is off site.

I've seen Dr. Lementowski twice for sports-related injuries (sacroillitis and ITBS, respectively) and would recommend his practice highly. The office staff are very pleasant and efficient, both times the wait was under 5 minutes. They have an X-ray machine (and I believe an MRI machine) in the office so no running around for those to other buildings. Dr. Lementowski himself is very personable and professional and I trust his judgment.

Dr. Lemontowski is extremely professional and knowledgeable. When he recently left another practice in another part of Nassau county, I went out of my way to locate him as he is the only one I would trust to do the Synvisc injections in both of my knees. When other Orthopedists did the injections there was a lot of pain. But w/ Dr. Lemontowski there was no pain whatsoever. is very thorough. The office appears to be brand new condition and us immaculately clean. ALL of the staff--from the front desk to the X-ray technician to the orthopedic assistant to Dr. Lemontowski himself---could not be more thorough, friendly and accommodating.
I would highly recommend this medical practice to ALL of my family and friends.
