I was very pleased with my visit, to Olin & Cohen Merrick, NY.. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Wait time was less than an hour. I went there because , I had pain and swelling in my left knee. The doctor resolved my issue, and whole procedure was paid free. I would definitely recommend.

The PA was exceptionally helpful and even reached out to our doctor and his team to streamline the follow up process. She called us after to update us and this was all on a holiday weekend. The whole staff could not have been more helpful or friendly.

This is awesome that I got the pain management that I desperately needed on a Saturday on a Holy Weekend at that. Office was staffed and nobody was annoyed that they were working. The patients were all taken care of.
In addition I received 2 referrals to follow up on additional care.

The doctor was rude condescending and had a terrible bedside manner. Made me very upset. Spoke down to us when explaining what to do for condition.

Could not be more pleased with the level of the care I received here. Was seen ahead of my appointment time and all services were done in a quick and efficient manner. The entire staff was top notch, kind, caring and extremely competent. Highly recommend this location!

Overall experience was exceptional. The office was clean, the staff was knowledgeable, and the doctor was amazing. She was a great listener, her recommendations made sense, and my outlook on my injury was brightened because of it.

Although the medical tech, the x-ray techs and the PA who saw me once inside the office were all kind and professional, the office staff was very unpleasant, extremely rude and unprofessional. At the worse moment, when trying to schedule an MRI, 4 of the staff were having a loud conversation about personal matters instead of servicing the patients. Another employee was trying to schedule another patient for follow up, and had to scream above the noise being made by the 4. I could not hear anything the scheduler was trying to tell me and had to scream my personal business for her to hear me.

I was so happy with my experience. I never had nerve pain before so I wasn't sure what to expect when my shoulder pain was unbearable and found them open on Saturday, the day before! I got there a half hour early than my appointment but office was clean and was taken in as soon as I filled out the forms. Dr. Lisa was friendly, explained my problem and we went over the plan. Answered all my questions and got relief the same day. I'm so grateful I saw them and they were available. Will go back again!

Friendly staff all-around. P. A. Dennis was thorough in explaining x-rays, examination and coming up with reason for my hip pain. Explained well my problem and suggested treatment and stretching exercise.

From start to finish it wqs a some appt setup through zocdoc. The office staff contacted me 2 days prior to the appt. Once we arrived the paperwork was filled out and my son was seen within a half hr. Visit was thorough with PS Dennis. He explained everything. I was very pleased.
