Peter Menget was excellent. His bedside manor was more than appropriate for my 7 year old. Although initially I was not greeted upon entering and I sat down without knowing there was a clipboard sign it. The office clerks were very helpful.
After my visit I met with the eyeglass clerk and felt there should be more privacy during that interaction.

This was my first appointment with Dr Menger, and I felt he was very professional, and has a great sense of humor. I had been going to the same ophthalmologist since my childhood (no joke) so going to a new one was a big awkward but I left that office with new contacts, new glasses, and a reference for an eye surgeon if I should consider surgery in the future.

Dr. Menger was wonderful during my appointment as was his assistant who came in ahead of time. I did have to wait 30 minutes to be taken to a room and then waited another 10-15 to see the doctor. Aside from the long wait time, the only other unpleasant part of the experience was the optician who handled the co-pay for my insurance. She was rude and inpatient when I wanted to take a moment to confirm my co-pay and she also took forever to process the payment and make a copy of my prescription. From walking in to leaving it took 1 hour 45 minutes.

Dr. Peter Menger was funny, informative, quick in his diagnosis and excellent in keeping me calm while doing a procedure that made me nervous. He was able to do that because he used his humor to get through the procedure.
He was awesome!! It comes to no surprise as to why he was given a 5-star review when I was looking for an eye doctor.
