i think I might fake it next time just to come here again! LOL (Just Kidding) As my past appointments- I received great communication and excellent pain management systems ! Dr. K and his crew makes getting the appointment and being there a relaxing, simple task to accomplish. Sometimes just getting to an appointment and waiting for a Dr can be the largest hurdle. But not Dr. K ! From start to finnish its simple, quick and such a pleasure to see him and his staff! They just feel grounded!

Ok I think I fell down the rabbit hole, because this was a surreal experience. Ive been in so much shoulder pain for over a year- escalating the last few months to unbearable levels. At 4:30 Am this morning, I searched for well educated, trustworthy good Ortho Doc in my area. Being down this road before with a different clinic ; I really didn't want to pursue the painstaking PPO paper work and headache of hoop jumping- with no results...but the pain was unmanageable. Meeting Dr. Kreuger and his intern proved there are some really great doctors and clinics out there! WOW!
This experience from booking this morning, to afternoon xray and the actual appointment was lightning speed, efficient AND friendly ! Whoa! The Dr. hit the right spot with the cortisone needle! You'd think they'd all do that but it doesn't happen! I think he is a super hero with Xray vision.
Not only were they fast, friendly, and efficient- his office staff streamlined everything for me including getting last minute X-rays prior to my visit! Really made a connection with me and invited me back with just a phone call if I need another shot for my other arm. Never heard of "relationship management" service at a Dr. office. It was genuine too. They definitely made an "emotional connection " with me! Today's visit proved to be a great experience! Leaving with no pain was the best part!
THANK YOU Zoc Doc!!!! Again, you have provided the most amazing Doctor and office staff in my area! Two for Two!

Overall the visit was good, the doctor is new to the office and so things were a bit disorganized. There are a TON of front desk people around, which makes it seem chaotic. The doctor was easy to talk to, had a good knowledge of the field and made recommendations for some immediate things I could do to alleviate the problem.

The doctor and staff were incredibly thorough, professional, and as nice as can be. The only reason my wait was so long was because they graciously squeezed me in on extremely short notice.
Over all, one of the best experiences I have had seeing a doctor.

Great doctor. He nailed my problem in about two minutes, and was super engaged, kind, and willing to explain. Great nurse practitioner, too. Wait was ridiculous (he was almost 2 hours late,) but he was extremely apologetic and sorry. All in all, I think he was worth waiting for.
