“Doctor Pham is incredibly sweet and personable. His staff was extremely unpleasant. When I walked in, no one said anything and I had to figure out on my own that I needed to sign in on a list that wasn’t exactly obvious. I watched 4 other patients walk in and experience the same thing. The responses were extremely snippy toward every one that came in. From this alone I will be finding another provider. I hope the doctor finds more helpful staff.”
