I saw Dr Edwards, the staff and her were all super friendly. I felt very much at ease, it's been a few years sine my last ob/gyn appointment, so I was very nervous! I would definitely recommend them!

I was super late (30 mins) ,and called , they allowed me to come anyway and they were all so friendly! Also I had a doctor Edwards but she was amazing too. She also made me feel very comfortable.

Last week, was my third attempt at trying to see Dr. Chandra. The receptionist is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I was supposed to be seen by Dr. Chandra last Friday, and when I arrived, I asked the lady if I needed to check. She responded, "check in for what, the doctor isn't seeing anymore patients today." I aked the lady why didn't she inform me earlier before I made the trip out to their office. She looks at her computer and says "Oh! It was a failed attempt when we tried to call." I informed her that no one ever called. She follows up by telling me that it was because the doctor needed to be rushed to the hospital. Sigh! I would have believed her if this same situation did not happen on my first visit. During my second visit, I had to wait too long. Unfortunately, I had to rush back to work and I couldn't wait any longer. Lastly, the office is shared with a podiatrist and looks very unsanitary. There are about 5 or 6 receptionists behind one small counter. The receptionists on the podistrist's side looks to have been doing their job. However, the reception for Dr. Chandra does not know how to speak to people in person or on the phone. That office definitely needs an upgrade in the reception area and with the receptionist.

He was very friendly and kind. The nurse is an excellent professional and human being. Very caring, friendly, and made me feel comfortable and calm. I was very nervous because of the PAP SMEAR Test, and she let me squeeze her arm while the Dr.was doing the Test. I truly appreciate that.

SO FAR I LOVE THIS DOCTOR......
I have a Spanish accent and the Doctor has a strong I believe to be Indian accent so I could not understand him at all. Luckily my wife came with me so she understood him perfectly. I was here for the first time on 10/24/2014. This was my first OBGYN appointment in 12yrs. He was great. He listen to me and right away send me to get blood work and intra pelvic ultrasound. As well as right away put me on prenatal care and gave me prescriptions to quit smoking. Since I'm trying to get pregnant he right away jump to make sure I start to take care of my health including dieting to conceive a healthy baby. So far for my first visit he covered almost everything usually doctors only want to cover 1 to 2 things at a time, but not with this Doctor he jumps and dives right into it and that's how I like it. Now I'm waiting to do all that he asks, so when I go for my follow up we can jump into trying to get insemination or do what he can so I can conceive.
Thank you Doctor. You are a good listener, very nice, loving and caring Doctor.

We r really impressed by him. His knowledge, treatment, quality time he spends for patients is excellent. I m suffering from menopause. We see Hope after meeting with him. Its the biggest thing for us. GOD bless him. He is very understanding and having good patience. We get perfect and the best solution.

I liked him and his staff. They all made me fee very comfortable. They are all down to earth. The office and bathroom were we're clean. The waiting room is small, which is a good thing. I did not have to wait at all. Overall from a 1-10, I give him and his staff an11! He also performs his own ultra sounds, which was one of the other reasons I decided to go through with my visit today.
