I am a unsatisfied patient! The secretary that runs the office clearly does not know what she is doing. My first visit there, I explained I was looking for a primary doctor and needed a annual preventative check up. I spent 10 minutes with the doctor, she had ordered a complete blood work and mammogram, then said I will have to return in 2weeks. Made the appointment for 2 weeks, went and got blood work and mammogram done. Upon arrival for my second appointment, the secretary said out loud with a room full of other patients, you have a high deductible, you have to pay now before the doctor can see you. I explained to her I have Cigna and my preventative checkup should by covered 100%, she said no you had your preventative done 2 weeks ago, this visit you have to pay. What??? I said there is nothing wrong with me, this visit should be part of my routine checkup. If my blood work and mammogram X-ray are good then there’s no need for me to be here. She said no then, you need to cancel this appointment and asked why I was there. I was very confused at the whole situation. So they charged my insurance company for my routine checkup but won’t tell me the results of my blood work or mammogram until I go back and pay again???

Dr. Quing Lu was great listener and had great feed back. Everything was great with Doctor but front deck person was super slow and forgetful asking same questions when she has all my information already. She was also judgemental on me and wasn't happy after. I don't think i would go back on front desk person was there again.

my appointment was for 4:30 I was in the waiting room well after 5:15 I was finally brought to an exam room and wait for the doctor for yet another half an hour they have one nurse who does everything and the system setup does not work I was at the doctors office well over two hours

She is an understanding and compassionate doctor. You can tell that she definitely cares about her patients. For example, she would not let me leave her office until my BP came down - many doctors wouldn't do that, they'd just remind you to take your BP meds and send you on your way.

I liked Dr. McGaha a lot. She was very nice and asked a lot of questions to make sure she provided the best care. She makes you feel very comfortable and like she really cares about you. She is also very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer all of your questions until you feel comfortable knowing what is going on and what treatment you need.

I love Dr. McGaha. My mom speaks limited english so it really helped that Dr. McGaha speaks Mandarin and a little bit of Cantonese. She does not really speak the other kinds of Chinese listed on her Zoc Doc profile. Dr. McGaha is a great doc and spent quality time helping my mom updating her meds, and her medical assistant Rochelle is also great. I'm glad I found her on Zoc Doc.
