Reliable and professional dermatologist with a decent bedside manner. The co-pay is a bit pricey but he recommends the most accurate prescriptions and understands your skin situation within 5-10 minutes of interacting with you. Also try scheduling your appointment later in the day because scheduling appointments when they open (10:00 am) will force you to wait 20-30 minutes. Overall a professional dermatologist who will prescribe the most effective skincare products.

Although Dr. Quan really knows his stuff, he doesn't take much time to explain it to you. He doesn't smile much either.
Another thing, I made my appt on ZocDoc for 4:15. I got confirmation emails and texts clearly stating 4:15. I come into the office at 3:50 and I was told my appt was at 3:45. The receptionist did not want to see the emails or texts but had the need to tell me that "although my appt was at 3:45, it's okay."

I was early, so my wait was longer than usual. I ALWAYS take a book to a doctor appointment, knowing that emergencies can come up for doctors. Even so, Dr. Nguyen apologized for being late, which was not a problem for me today.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent dermatologist, in spite of the fact that, unlike his photo on the Web site, I've never seen him smile in the many years I've been his patient.
I would highly recommend him to anyone getting a yearly skin screening. That is the only service I've scheduled to date, but I would like to explore more procedures with him in the future.

I have dark spot on my skin face. Friends recommended to see Dr. Quan Nguyen. Dr. Quan Nguyen took action to cure it right way: had cold chemical spray to burn to spot. It has been only 2 days after burning the spot so I don't know the probelm is fixed or not yet.
Dr. Quan Nguyen very willing to take care of the problem, but I had only a minute to ask Dr. Quan that whether the insurance covered it. Dr, Quan said do not worry about it, just take care of the spot first. I appreciate the fast cure action from Dr. Quan and I hope the insurance will cover it.

This was our first visit. The Dr. was not very friendly. We waited for over 20 minutes and got to see him for less than 3 minutes. When asked questions, we were not get an thorough answer, we had to talk to the receptionist to resolve some of our questions. We still have to go back to see this Dr. a few more times. If his demeanor is still the same, we will not go back.

The office staff was very friendly and courteous and the office environment calming and relaxing. Dr. Nguyen was extremely professional and respective. I would highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, I already have.

Dr. Nguyen was very professional, office staff was exceptionally polite and upbeat. I arrived 15 minutes early (this was my first visit) and was taken into an exam room almost right away, and Dr. Nguyen was there within a few minutes. A very positive experience!
