About Dr. Jonathan Baron

Dr. Baron is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in all aspects of medical and surgical dermatology for both children and adults. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, he grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, earning both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Arizona. After completing his residency in dermatology and a year of internal medicine at the same institution, Dr. Baron joined Southern California Dermatology in 2003. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Dr. Baron contributes to the Melanoma program at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Zocdoc Patients) Appointments scheduled through Zocdoc are reserved specifically for you. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment will result in a $50 no-show fee. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be charged to the card on file. Example: If you book an appointment on Monday at 10:00 AM, you must cancel or reschedule by Tuesday at 10:00 AM to avoid the $50 fee. By booking an appointment through Zocdoc, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
