As a member of the team at NYCBT, I provide individual therapy to adults who are struggling with a wide range of difficulties. In working together, my hope is to help you decrease your emotional suffering, enhance your relationships, and work towards meaningful change in your life. Additionally, I have experience in working with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, coping with past traumas, and relationship dilemmas.
As a specialist in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) I aim to provide my clients with a validating, warm, and supportive environment that balances both acceptance of current reality and making meaningful change in your life. I also have experience in treating PTSD through research-based treatments.
