Fantastic doctor, great tech/nurse, terrible front desk. Called once to confirm my appointment, got screamed at and hung up on. When I arrived for my appointment it wasn't any better. Beside the front desk everything was great.

In this way, he is one of a few hundred plastic surgeons in the US who is uniquely qualified to treat various eyelid diseases including skin cancer, drooping eyelids, tear duct blockage, thyroid eye disease and cosmetic issues concerning the appearance of your eyes.

I was impressed with his candor, bed side manner and personality. My purpose for visit was a minor one, and he was honest in his diagnosis in recommending no follow-up visit, and trusted me to my own recognizance/judgement. I find that most doctors will jump at any chance to suck as much profit out of your insurance company (as well as your co-pay)min the form of typically useless follow-ups (as in my situation), so this behavior impressed me.
