This was my first time visiting. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed by every staff member. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Patel talked me through everything. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I deff will be returning and seeing Dr. Patel regularly for my checkups!

Office staff was super nice and friendly and I am sure that Dr. Patel is a great doctor. She seemed nice in my exam. But as a first time patient I felt the Jersey City office was borderline gross. The room I was put in for my exam was filthy and a mess. I could see layers of dirt on the window sill and in corners of floor. In addition there was a random full size refrigerator which gave me the impression this is where the staff stores their lunches? Why in an exam room? There was no where for me to put my clothes, not chair to place my things, and since the floor was dirty I was hesitant to take even my shoes off. It felt like they stuck me in some back storage room where they shoved an exam table. My usual OBGYN moved to a further away office (~40 min drive) so I was really hoping this would work out since it is walking distance from my apartment. I think I would rather drive the distance to my old doctor just to avoid coming back to this unclean office. It's a shame!

Dr. Patel is wonderful! She's extremely kind and has a great bedside manner. It was my first time for a gyn appointment, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time, explaining everything thoroughly, but not in ways I wouldn't understand. She really listened to my concerns and questions, and provided information for me. The wait time was definitely longer than I hoped, but it was worth it to have a doctor as caring as Dr. Patel!
