never ever go to this clinic, not just the waiting time ,their front desk doesn't even aware of zocdoc this system exist, so if you fill out the form online and try to save some time, you will be disappointed. if you are there for the pap smear, you would not be seen dr ralph, only his assistant tony which has horrible attitude and worst bed manners ever, if you are there for annual exam which supposed do some education part and consultation,nothing else but pap smear if you have medical , ( they will give a big difference from other pop/hmo patient). if you want pap smear result ( which is supposely ) , don't even expected, they will have you go back with office visit charge just for the normal results with nothing else. i would say this is a shame to have a clinic like them .
