As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I focus on you as an individual rather than just a client. I earned my Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University in Minnesota. I am board-certified and dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic mental healthcare. My clinical background includes triage psychiatry, inpatient, and outpatient psychiatry. I have a passion for incorporating a holistic and evidence-based approach to optimize mental health needs. I strive to create an individualized plan in collaboration with you to provide tailored care. I believe there is never a "one size fits all" approach to recovery. My goal is to enable individuals to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
