The therapeutic journey offers an opportunity to reach your desired outcomes in a manner that is meaningful and sustainable. I have had the opportunity and pleasure of working within different settings, supporting diverse communities/populations/needs, and being involved in varying facets of mental healthcare (i.e. leadership, consultation, and client-centered treatment) for the last 10 and a half years.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), my aim is to foster an environment in which we can work towards gradual change in a manner that is meaningful and sustainable - beyond the therapy room. I operate using an eclectic approach - support in a manner that is tailored or individualized to each person.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is typically utilized to discuss any presenting distress/stressors (e.g. what each person finds pertinent, pressing, or important to explore). I consider the process of healing to be an active, gradual journey in which we explore each component of distress in a manner that feels organic and meaningful - to improve your wellbeing.
