I had a very positive experience with Dr. Thomas for my first session. He really listened to me when I spoke about what I wanted to get out of our sessions together and I am think that it will be a productive use of time. To be honest I was a little tired of therapists seeming to just tell me what they thought I wanted to hear. I wanted someone to really push my thinking and I think that he is going to do that.
