My approach is individualized and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to your unique goals. I draw from a range of modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy. I work with young adults and adults facing concerns such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. As a first-generation clinician, I also have a deep interest in supporting first-generation clients as they navigate identity formation, intergenerational expectations, and the complexities of balancing multiple cultural worlds. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from St. John’s University and my Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. I’m currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, clarity, and connection.
