Dr. Rubenzik graduated from Stanford University before attending medical school and dermatology residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson. She completed her internal medicine internship at Northwestern University in Chicago.

Dr Randi is very engaged with her patients, always concerned for their well-being and giving them the best treatment possible. She listens, discusses and works closely with the patient. I have always been impressed with her deliverance of the best medical care formulated specifically designed for me. Dr. Rubenzik is great, I was no impressed with the fact that I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time to be called back, especially considering it was a 9:30 appointment and it difficult to run that far behind schedule that early in the day. I got six reminders for my appointment (2 emails, 3 automated voice calls and 1 text). They made damn sure I knew my appointment was at 9:30am, too bad the office didn’t get on board with that time.

I rec'd a text message from Zocdoc saying that the forms that I filled in prior to the appointment had been sent to the office. Upon arrival, they had no record of it and wanted me to fill them out by hand. I refused and told them with the overabundance of the text messages, phone calls and emails sent reminding me of the appointment, that they should fix their technology issues.
Shockingly, they found them.

First visit here with this doctor and at this practice. Waited just over an hour for my appointment. I was not the only one in the waiting room waiting an hour or more. I liked the doctor, but she seemed rushed.She spent less than 5 minutes with me. In addition to a rash, I had asked for an overall body exam and she requested that we push it to my next visit. Okay, but disappointing.

The doctor was fine but the office staff sucks. They also have a contract with a specific pharmacy that doesn't allow you to get your medication immediately. If you try to use your own pharmacy, insurance won't cover it. Trying to get my medication has been a nightmare . I will not use this office again

Dr. Rubenzik is an excellent dermatologist who takes the time to listen and discuss treatment options with her patients. She makes decisions with the patient and is not a "one size fits all" doctor. She is highly knowledgeable and friendly! One of the best dermatologists we have ever had for the entire family.

I was comfortable talking to Dr. R's assistant during the first part of the visit but then I felt rushed when Dr. R. arrived to treat me. I don't feel that I had time to have all of my issues addressed.

I thought she was GREAT. The only complaint I have is that I wasn't seen by the Dr. until 11:15 - 11:20 for a 10:00am appointment. Otherwise every other aspect of my visit was great!
