Dr. Bonita obtained his MD degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He then completed his internship, residency, and fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Bonita is an active member and fellow of the American College of Cardiology and American College of Physicians.
