About Dr. Jeffrey S. Weisman
Dr. Weisman has been providing cardiovascular services to patients since 1980. As an experienced cardiologist with 40 years of clinical practice, he has served as Director of the Special Care Unit at Rolling Hill Hospital; Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Oxford Hospital; and Chairman of the Department of Medicine as well as Director of the Echocardiography Lab at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital.
He is the past President of the Cardiac CT Institute of North America, a Level 3 Coronary CTA center, and served as Director of Cardiovascular Imaging for MNAP Diagnostic Center.
Dr. Weisman is also an accomplished software developer and inventor, having patented an edge detection algorithm for tracking the endocardial boundary during the cardiac cycle for use in echocardiography and other cardiac imaging modalities. He has also patented algorithms for automatic analysis of regional and global left ventricular function and a noise-reducing algorithm that decreases speckle noise in medical images.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He completed his residency at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Atlantic City Campus, followed by fellowships at Deborah Heart and Lung Center and Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital.
Dr. Weisman is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases by the ABIM. He is also board certified in Cardiovascular Computed Tomography and has achieved Level 3 status—the highest level—by the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. He serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American College of Angiology. Dr. Weisman is a member of the Penn Cardiology Specialty Network, the #1 heart program in the region.

Dr. Weisman answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Tests that he recommended were done right then and he went over the results immediately with me.. Great experience. I went there because my doctor was out for surgery and I didn't want to wait several months to find out the results of some tests. I am now switching and staying with Dr. Weisman.

My visit was top notch. I never had an issue with my heart until this past Friday 12-26-2025 and rushed to the ER. That experience wasn’t so good but finding DR JEFFREY S WEISMAN while waiting 13 hrs in the ER. The minute I stepped into his office I was greeted with a friendly hello and everything that was being done was explained in great detail. I arrived nervous and worried but by the time I was done I was able to leave with a smile on my face and confident in the service rendered and the service to come. I would highly highly recommend using this office for any issues with the heart. This cardiologist Jeffrey S Weismann has a standard that every doctor should try to obtain because the way he explaines everything to you, how calm and courteous and his staff was exactly the same. I would highly recommend this office to everyone that needs a cardiologist. Absolutely phenomenal, That’s the best way I can explain it.

Doctor Weisman was actually the best physician I've ever met. He addressed our concerns, did same day testing and came up with a plan. He made me feel so much better about my husband's cardiac issues. Well worth the 2 hour trip to get to his office!

absolutely no one at the front desk. Was not acknowledged by anyone for 1/2 an hour. When the FD person finally appeared wanted to know if I wanted to pay my co-pay now or at the end because we already contacted my insurance about the cost of an echo. I was in for hypertension. Why would I need an echo? Seen by the doctor who is overly fixated on weight and looks. His picture on here is from about 40 years ago. My dig at him. Told me my weight was the sole reason I had hypertension. Uh I was pregnant with twins until last week and when I was my “ideal body weight” I still took FOUR blood pressure medications. Well you’re overweight probably why you lost the baby. The OB/GYN was not concerned.Told him I had to come off the one BP med due to edema. That was the “reason” he needed to do an echo.Now go into a room by yourself with another man take off your top and bra with a little gown on. Breast exposed. Gown covered nada. Creepy. I got my new meds. Won’t be back. Get over yourself dude

ASOLUTLEY TOP NOTCH CARE! The office was clean, Rose at the front desk brought a smile to my face and eased my anxiety. Adrienne was a superstar What a great asset to this practice!! She was professional, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. She made me feel so comfortable. Dr Wisman was thorough with his exam. explained everything to me in language I could actually understand. Testing was done right in the office and results were given to me immediately after. I am so impressed with Rose, Adrienne, and of course DrW. Thank you so very much. Se you in 6 months!

My appointment was made the same day. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment filled out paperwork and was taken at the time of my appointment. I met with the doctor and he went over every one of the tests that they performed. Scheduled another test for the next day.

Exceedingly poor experience. I highly recommend you consider going to a different cardiology office. If you do book with this provider, do not be surprised if the following occur:
1. You wait in the office for more than 2 hours.
2. You will NOT be listened to when you are saying something is/is not the case.
3. Your messages will not be accurately passed onto Dr. Weisman by the office staff.
4. Office staff will gossip about patients/coworkers in front of you.
It appears that many people have a positive experience with this office, I am simply saying that mine was extremely negative.

I wanted to discuss periods of high resting heart rate. He asked me if I have ever fainted, and I told him I have while scheduling a colonoscopy. He seemed surprised and asked why I would have gotten a colonoscopy at my age. There are many reasons why people get all kinds of tests. He then told me that my heart and lungs sound good and I just need to lose weight. I told him Im aware and I have been trying. I was on zepbound for a while and I am pretty active. He said, then it has to be your nutrition". I barely eat. He told me people say that a lot and actually eat way more than they think. I said I am in recovery for an ED and I have seen that side as well for years. He was set on the fact that I "must" eat too much, even though there are many ways people can struggle to lose weight. I left before the ultrasound to prevent myself from having a panic attack. People need to understand bed side manners especially when your patient explains how bad their anxiety and depression are.

Visit went smoothly and got what I wanted and more. I am heading back in two weeks for an office procedure. Dr. Weisman took the time to examine my heart lungs neck and legs. I may have been nervous for the first encounter as my BP when up beyond 140, it usually runs 110 systolic at home. Then he recapped the encounter before ending it. Staff were very nice and explained things as we went along. I found that very helpful to know before hand. I wish other clinics were as transparent and accommodating.

This doctor was superb! The doctor utilized a gentle and caring approach when discussing my sensitive health issues. I was able to get an echo and ekg same day and the results back at that moment. The doctor went through each test and explained everything thoroughly in layman’s terms where I felt comfortable, the staff (front desk, PA, rad tech) were nice and considerate and lastly, the doctor was VERY personable. The office visit was quick and I would most definitely return at any time for my needs.
