That being said, I've visited twice in the past couple of months for strep throat and a rather bad burn, both of which happened on weekends when I couldn't go to my regular doctor. The office was very friendly and attentive, and the treatment effective. I'd recommend if you need a quick treatment for something and can't wait to see your regular doctor

My visit was super quick and put all my worries to rest. My appointment for 6, but I got there early and was called back in no time. I was greeted by a friendly nurse and the PA (Kate) was wonderful- very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend this place!!

This is an Urgent care clinic, so if you are looking a physician to establish long-term relations (like I was) this place is not for you. This doctor wasn't even there, you would be seen just by a dr on shift, not my thing.

The office (Astrahealth) is wonderful, but the doctor who saw me was quite terrible. He paid little attention to my concerns. Seemed annoyed when I asked him to explain some of the blood results to me.

This was my first experience at this location. It is sometimes difficult for me to find a doctors office that accepts my insurance. They were extremely professional and handled my illness with much care. I highly recommend this establishment

I really liked the doctor ( PA ) who helped me, she was very knowledgable and kind. I'd definitely recommend. The woman who works at the front desk could have been a bit more pleasant, but she seemed to warm up and maybe she was having a bad day...she didn't make me feel very welcomed after driving around for 45 mins. looking for a parking space. I would say the parking was the only downfall of my visit, though.

Saw Dr. Murphy and the appointment was fine.
My appointment was not in the doctor's appointment calendar. The receptionist did not know why that was so but clearly there was a breakdown in communications between Zocdoc and the office.

I have seen this doctor twice & am impressed w/ how genuinely interested he is in my well being. he asks a lot of proking questions & spent more time w/ me than any doctor ever has. Someone from his staff followed up the next day to see how I was doing & if I had any questions. It's this type of specialized attention that sets him apart from the rest

The wait time was ridiculous. even with an appointment I was waiting for 1hr and 20 minutes and I arrived 10 minutes early. the office was clean, spacious and neat - well lit with natural light in the waiting area which was nice.
the staff was polite though no one apologized for the wait - which makes me think it is common practice for them. the doctor was knowledgeable asked efficient questions and got me the rx I needed in under 15 minutes.

I am thankful to have found this facility that's open evenings & weekends! Instead of going to the emergency room, I saw Dr. Garcia and was treated quickly & efficiently. The wait time was short, the process was easy, and they were able to take xray at the office. The whole experience was much easier than going to the ER.
