Doctor was not aware of my appointment. Office was not well organized. I was asked for the same information several times. I was over charged for a copay I didn’t owe. Waited for 50 minutes to be seen.

great office, the receptionist were all very friendly and professional. the nurses displayed great knowledge and the Dr was polite, attention and showed alot of care. I highly recommend!

Long wait times. You fill out the forms only for them to not read any of the information. The doctor lied and said he was reviewing the information. Had me sit in a chair to do some of the exam. It was real unprofessional. I do not recommend.

I came in the staff was friendly greeted me from the door, assist me to register from my phone. And was seen right a way by the Dr, he listen to my concerns, explained
my treatment and was informative. I would recommend this office anytime.

I am a Diabetic that needed a device to help manage my diabetes, Mr. Gaspard agreed to write the prescription but refused to provide a pre-authorization and when I tried to follow up with the office I have not been able to make contact and I have left multiple voicemails. He is a terrible medical care professional and would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this office???

Was hesitant about coming in due to past interactions with other providers, but Jean-Charles Gaspard was so attentive and provided excellent care. I went in for a consultation for my thyroid. and after answering some questions, it was determined that I needed to have a couple of tests done prior to another consultation. Which made me feel as though I was being listened to. After that, I was able to attain information as needed and scheduling was efficient.
