“Great doctor. Great technician. My only complaints are that the office sofa had a liquid ringed stain on it (yuck) and the front desk girls gossip SO LOUDLY it’s absolutely obnoxious after about 5 minutes. Girls - you are in a doctors’ office - quiet down!!!”

I had my annual physical with Dr. Madeline Kidd, and it was a great experience. The appointment was thorough, and the doctor took the time to review my overall health, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and the visit was both professional and efficient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Dr. Madeline Kidd to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

It definitely didn’t feel like the typical doctors office, attention to comfort was clear in the design of the space. Chatting with the doctor was very casual and human feeling. There was a clear attention to circulation and organization both in spacial design and with actual use and operations. Everyone was very kind and clearly very good at their job. It was a relief to be able to get my checkup done, from check in to check out, in about 30 minutes, and not feel like just a test subject.

The office is beautiful, the staff was nice and everything was easy. I wasn’t waiting long to see the Dr or get my blood drawn. Dr was attentive and wasn’t condescending at all.

Madeline showed a lot of empathy in her communication and demonstrated great listening skills, which gave me a sense of comfort during the medical exam. Furthermore, she was able to respond to my questions coherently and succinctly, giving me a clear direction on the next steps in my medical journey . In the process she showed that she's proficient in a range of different areas of medicine, including mental health. This made it possible to for us to cover additional topics than what I initially planned, without me having to schedule an exam with another doctor.
