I am a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people improve their health through better nutrition. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from Boston University and completed my Master's Degree and dietetic internship at the University of Chicago in Illinois. My approach to nutrition counseling is centered around personalized care and evidence-based practice. I believe that everyone's nutritional needs are unique (and change over time!), which is why I take the time to get to know my clients and develop individualized plans that fit within their lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I work with clients of all ages and health concerns, with special interests in pediatrics, oncology, brain injury, and spinal cord injury. When I'm not working, you can find me enjoying a beer at a local brewery or catching up with the latest episode of The Bachelor. Good nutrition is more than just eating the right foods - it's about fostering a healthy relationship with food. My goal is to empower my clients to take control of their health and wellbing through better nutrition.
