Dietitian
PA
Yun Ze (Rose) is a passionate dietitian who focuses on disease prevention and disease management. Rose strives to provide her clients with non-judgmental, wholesome, and evidence-based guidance that will set them up for long-term success. My professional journey into nutrition started when I pursued nursing in Singapore. I found the food choices and variety to be subpar in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and even grocery stores! This set me on a path to learn more about how nutrition impacts one's life and longevity. After meeting with a dietitian at the hospital where I interned, I decided dietetics was the right path for me and pursued my Nutrition degree abroad. I earned a B.S. in Nutrition Science and a Master's in Public Health Nutrition from Loma Linda University. My professional training and experience include inpatient (acute hospital care), long-term care, and telenutrition. I've had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages, from 7 to 100+! I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds. My most experienced specialties are chronic disease prevention and management, intuitive eating, weight management, pre- and postnatal nutrition, and infant allergy prevention. I do not put myself in a box or limit what I can do-rest assured, no matter your diagnosis, conditions, or symptoms, I will seek the answers you need to improve your health! My mission is to provide holistic, individualized, and evidence-based recommendations for my clients. I strive for my clients to feel heard, understood, and held accountable. I can help you find long-term success and will be there with you through setbacks, offering realistic persistence and consistency. This provider is not licensed in CT, MA, NY, OR, or PA.
