Dr. Kass is a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to a holistic and transformative approach to mental health for adults and teens (15+). With specialized training in transcranial magnetic stimulation, integrative medicine and psychedelic psychiatry, Dr. Kass combines evidence-based medicine with innovative healing modalities. She holds a Certificate in Integrative Psychiatry from the University of Arizona, a Certificate in Nutritional Psychiatry from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and has completed additional training in MDMA-assisted psychotherapy, Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Dr. Kass believes in addressing the mind-body connection and incorporates mindfulness-based practices into treatment. An experienced yoga and pranayama teacher, she empowers patients with tools to foster resilience, self-awareness, and deep healing.
