Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
LA
Taking the first step toward mental health care can feel difficult. I aim to make that step easier by offering a welcoming, respectful space where you can share what you’re experiencing without judgment. I’ll listen compassionately, learn what matters to you, and work with you to set goals that feel meaningful and achievable. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of nursing experience in behavioral health, emergency care, critical care, and forensic setting. I support people experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, mood changes, psychosis, and ADHD. Together, we’ll consider your symptoms, history, strengths, and preferences to create an individualized plan. Depending on your needs, care may include medication management and psychotherapy. Your challenges are part of your experience, but they don’t define all of who you are. My goal is to help you better understand your mental health and move toward greater well-being, one step at a time.
