The visit with Dr. Kennedy was very positive. He knows how to put a patient at ease. The receptionist was not the friendliest. I will be back, but the wait time is ridiculous. Why not schedule appropriately so there is not such a long wait.

It's very much a team atmosphere. Each team member responded in a helpful and friendly manner. Everything was explained very well and the doctor gave plenty of opportunities for clarifications, questions, doubts, etc. The procedure was the removal of my ingrown toenail and I was quite surprised how quick the process was. The followup care is super easy too. Thanks Dr. for your patience with me and your team's professionalism.

Overall experience was great. I appreciated being able to book an appointment online. The service and patient care were great. However, it was rather disappointing to know all the pre-registration information I had done online was not used by the office upon arrival so I had to re-do all forms.
