I've been seeing Dr. Rugen for years. She is kind, professional, and very thorough. My favorite thing about Dr. Rugen is how well she listens to me. She knows my preference for limited prescriptions and works with me to give me the best options and care.

Dr. Rugen and her staff were truly amazing. This was my first visit and I went to a different building twice and they were very sweet about helping me. The office staff is friendly and professional, not like my last Doctor. The nurse is super nice and gave me my injection painlessly and sweetly. Everyone was amazing to me.

As most doctors now days she just makes an appearance then moves on to next person. If your looking for a doctor to atleast try and listen to your concerns keep looking.
