I appreciate the good service by Dr Seigal but I also liked te fact that it was not so crowded at the time I went. I was able to social distance and feel secure.
Dr. Siegel was very attentive to my concerns. This is the first time in many many years I found a PCP that treats my health care just as they would their own. She was extremely thorough and understanding of my medical needs. She has set a plan in motion, literally went through everything from A-Z for me. I honestly am very optimistic about my choice now.
Verified patient
Very friendly and helpful. Was seen on time but had to wait a while before I saw the Dr. Didn't feel rushed, the Dr took time to listen and discuss things. Would definitely recommend her.

Verified patient
Dr. Seigel was excellent, great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable; only had a brief interaction with the nurse, but she was friendly. Unfortunately, the front desk screwed up while checking me in and I ended up waiting for about 90 minutes to be seen.
Verified patient

She is a great. Not an alarmist
Dr Seigel was referred to me by a friend. She is warm, friendly and , being a new patient, took time to listen to my litany of complaints. The office is spacious. I had a strange Saturday appt time and the offices were understaffed, leading me to wait in the wrong waiting room for a while, but the office staff were friendly and helpful.
Verified patient
Very welcoming and attentive to my needs
Verified patient
Dr Siegel made a very good impression on me. She was professional, but also warm and patiently listening to and addressing all my issues.
Verified patient
Considering that this was my first visit with Dr. Seigel, and that during the visit I passed out in her office, then threw up in her trash container, it was at least memorable. At best, I got good care and I expect that my wife and I will sign up with her as our primary care physician.

Great doctor
Great. Except for the ridiculous wait.
I love Dr. Seigel! She's smart, kind, thoughtful and not alarmist. The office could use a lot, A LOT, of help in the wait department. It's never great, but today it was an hour.
She is a thoughtful physician who takes time to address questions and concerns. She is calm and considerate - what we all need in a doctor!
Verified patient

Rebecca is great. Very thorough.
The Mt Sinai Brooklyn Heights center switched their medical computer system over a year ago however the documentation of the medical visits previous to this changeover are not easily accessible to the medical staff.. Therefore today, (and on my previous visit with the ophthalmologist) the doctor did not have immediate access to my medical history. My suggestion to future patients is to request that their information is accessible at the time of their upcoming visit and that Mt Sinai needs to integrate their old and new computer system so a patient's medical history is readily accessible to the doctor.
Verified patient
Attentive and personable.
Verified patient
It took a month to get an appointment and then I felt very rushed through my appointment. Many of my symptoms were subsiding by the time I went to the doctor. I didn't feel she took the time to get to know me. She tried to diagnose me with anxiety although she is not a psychiatrist. I was clear in my feeling on why I prefer not to take medication due to side effects and in 10 minutes she wanted me to take three different drugs for sleep, anxiety, and pain which i told her I was managing without. I felt like I was being shamed for not taking them. I Said to my husband I felt more peer pressure to take drugs from the doctor than I ever experienced in my teenage years.
