I was able to book a same-day appointment a couple hours out and was seen within 5 minutes after arriving. The provider completed the tests I needed quickly and efficiently, and staff were professional and courteous.

This is the first time I went to urgent care and felt actually cared for. I had an excellent experience with the health care providers at this location. The doctor was kind and helpful. Cailah at the front desk (not 100% sure on the spelling) was exceptionally helpful working with me to find a pharmacy to send medication while I’m not in NYC. 10/10 recommend.

The Nurse Practitioner that saw me was wonderful. The person at the front desk was less than friendly and seemed annoyed by my questions. I didn't get her name, but people that come to urgent care typically aren't feeling well. She should just try being more friendly.
