Dr. Rebecca Wang grew up in Dayton, OH. She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, where she received the Cornelius Vanderbilt full-tuition scholarship and graduated summa cum laude. She then attended medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed her dermatology residency at Henry Ford Health System, where she received comprehensive training from world-renowned experts in general dermatology, complex medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetics. She was awarded for Excellence in Teaching as well as Exceptional Academic Performance, and also served as one of the scheduling Chief Residents in her final year of residency. Throughout her career, she has presented in numerous academic meetings and conferences, and has authored many publications in peer-reviewed journals.
