I will definitely be seeing him again. He is an excellent doctor. He actually took time to listen to my concerns and developed an excellent plan of action to help me. In one visit he's been able to do what two doctors failed to do over the last seven months. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Excellent! Took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and what my goals are and talked me through how he could help. Gave great explanation of everything he was doing during the exam. Very pleasant demeanor and easy to talk to. Seems genuinely passionate about what he does and interested in truly healing for permanence and not temporarily medicating. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Rehman Mirza's patients are often referred by their friends for one simple reason: he considers the overall health of his patients before deciding on a suitable treatment for any ailment.
"We look at the whole person - their structure, nutrition, lifestyle, activities, and social area - to give ourselves a better perspective and find solutions for them that others may have missed," says Dr. Mirza, who's been in private practice for 9 years.
Dr. Mirza graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University before completing the five year program at New York Chiropractic College, they learn anatomy and biochemistry in addition to clinicals. He says that coming from a long line of doctors, he left college knowing he wanted to enter healthcare, but not entirely convinced that medical school was for him.
"People become frustrated going from doctor to doctor, doing test after test, and hearing fancy names for their conditions," he says. "There is always a pill for everything, and if the first pill doesn't cure you, there's always a battery of other pills to prescribe." His own research led him to chiropractics, where he treats the body with both natural and high tech methods.
"I educated my patients on how to live so they no longer need me," he says, noting that he talks to them about posture, nutrition, and exercise that will help them live long and live happily. "I really try to empower them as much as I can."

Dr. Mirza is the best chiropractor I have seen. I used to suffer from a lot of neck and back pain, and Dr. Mirza was able to realign my body in such a way that my pain disappeared. I highly recommend him.

I went to Dr. Mirza after noticing pain in my lower back and constant soreness in my shoulder. Not only was Dr. Mirza able to explain why I felt this discomfort, but instead of simply addressing this concern and sending me on my way. He discovered exactly what was causing my pain and is working to correct issues that I had no idea I had.
