We enjoyed our trip to TSO, my only complaint is that we used this system to book the appointment, and the TSO office even followed up with a phone call, but when we arrived on our appointed day TSO did not have our appointment in there records. We were lucky that no one else was there, so they saw us anyway, but it could have been a wasted trip. Who is to blame, I don't know, but it happened all the same.

Dr. Dunlap was very thorough, providing educational information about my areas of concern. First time that I have ever left an OD feeling that I was valued. I was how ever disappointed that my insurance was only good for the physical exam and not the hardware needed to effectively enjoy the results of a great visit. I went to ZocDoc to find a TriCare provider OF ALL OF MY NEEDS.

Love the Dr! Brilliant, excellent merchandise, talented and professional. Did NOT like walking in door and being automatically greater with staff telling me I have no insurance coverage. In fact I do have coverage, 3 weeks old with my provider. No one wants to be greater right off the bat with a strong negative!

She was very professional, great bedside manner and explained everything. Staff was great for the most part. Only problem was that the staff seemed a little overwhelmed which prevented them from obtaining our insurance benefits from our provider while we were on site.

Dr Dunlap was great. The staff on the other hand was not organized. Appt time was late as we had to "update " info which hasn't changed and the staff pick and chose whom they would assist while we were just waiting to look or glasses. We cancelled our two appointments for next week.

Alexah was made to feel comfortable by all the staff. She was assisted in selecting glasses and even though she was not feeling well during the visit, really enjoyed the experience. Linda Hartung searched the inventory until she found the perfect pair of glasses. Alexah loves her new "Disney" frames and they look great on her. In her words, "Pretty Girl...Pretty Girl." Alexah is very curious and Dr. Dunlap explained each procedure and the equipment being used. She wan't too thrilled about dilating her eyes, but she said, "on the bright side my eyes are really big." We highly recommend Dr. Dunlap and her staff.

The dr was very nice and the lady who did the exams before the dr was friendly however, the rest of the staff was kind of rude and seemed to get attitude when I didn't chose to get the most expensive frams. Great dr but very pricy shop.
