Dr. Williams received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Oral Roberts University, and Doctor of Optometry degree from Oklahoma College of Optometry / Northeastern State University. Dr. Williams is glaucoma certified and completed an additional year of study as a resident at BVA Advanced Surgical Eyecare / TLC Laser Center where she trained in ocular disease management and post-surgical patient care.
Dr. Williams happily accepts patients, school-age through senior adults, for routine examination or surgical evaluation. Dr. Williams is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and is certified through the American Board of Optometry.
Renee was born in the small rural community of Hugoton, Kansas, where she grew up prior to moving to Oklahoma to pursue her education, and then on to Georgia where she practiced optometry for seven years prior to joining Avery Eye Clinic in July 2013. Renee greatest source of enjoyment is her children, and she spends her free time doing activities with her family.
