I made the appt on ZocDoc a week before then it was changed by ZooDoc. All information was provided at that time. The morning of the appt I was called about my insurance, I gave them all the information again. I was told they would look into it & call me back if there was a problem. No call back so I went to the appointment. 15 minutes early. Waited an additional 30 minutes only to discover the problem could not be resolved because my primary insurance could not be reached due to technical problems so I left. I did admit later that evening after dealing with insurance, I had been confused about what they told me however had they processed the information I provided in a timely manner, it could have been avoided. Please disregard the information about the doctor's bedside manner, I never met him but you would't let me proceed with the survey until I entered something.
