About Dr. Sharon Mathukutty
Dr. Sharon Mathukutty is a licensed therapeutic optometrist and glaucoma specialist and has been practicing comprehensive optometry in the Houston area for the past ten years. She was born and raised in Southwest Houston and attended the University of Houston College of Optometry where she earned her Doctorate in Optometry. Dr. Mathukutty obtained excellent experience in patient care at the Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio and La Nueva Casa De Amigos here in Houston.
At Superior Eye Care, she practices full scope optometry including routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and medical office visits. Dr. Mathukutty enjoys diagnosing and treating various ocular conditions such as dry eye, eye infections, glaucoma and diabetes. She also co-manages cataract and Lasik surgery. She is a member of American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association and Harris County Optometric Society.
Dr. Mathukutty truly enjoys caring for her patients and their families and building relationships with all of them. She looks forward to seeing you and your family in the near future.
