Though I had no issues with the doctor, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
The management team (not everyone) was extremely rude to me while I was trying to figure out my insurance situation. There seems to have been a lot of confusion about why my appointment was set and improper transfer of information to the manager. Because of the disrespect and unnecessary attitude that I’ve received for NO REASON at all, as i am very polite and receptive, i will not at all be returning here. I deserve to be handled better than that.
However, the one time I visited this doctor I have no complaints about her. It is those who work at the desk and handle insurance and calls.

First time there and made the appointment via Zocdoc. Got there and they had no record. Dr doesn’t check those and was in surgery so I saw a practitioner. Very helpful and got me on track with a prescription. If you are going there for the first time, call and make the appointment!

No problems at all except that when I tried to make a return appointment, the computer system was down. I'm waiting for a call from the office to make the appointment. Also, I think the front desk person handling check-ins and appointments and heaven knows what else needs more space! Being so cramped contributes to her obvious stress.

There was an employee at the end of my visit who told me that my insurance wasn’t accepted based on my appointment type- when I asked why that was and also why would they ask for my insurance, she became abrupt and I paid and left. I called back for a bill and she proceeded to speak over me to explain why my appointment would not be covered. I don’t know why they were adamant about my insurance if they said that it wasn’t covered and told me then I was out of network- beware before your consultation!!

After driving an hour to this appointment, and waiting an additional half hour in the waiting room, I was initially disappointed that Dr. Bhatt spent two minutes with me in my room.
When diagnosing me, she did not ask me any questions about my skin, my current regiment, or lifestyle. She briefly examined it, prescribed something, and was halfway out the door.
Before she could leave, I asked about the prescriptions (because I had negative reactions to one of the substances in the past), and she was unwilling to listen to my question or change it.
After she left, I realized she did not explain the process of using/taking either of the things she had perscribed.
The experience was generally poor—an unprofessional office staff, a doctor with incredibly poor bedside manner, and, worst of all, no clear treatment for my condition.
