very professional and i was seen right away i would definitely recommend dr nelson
The doctor was very professional. She went to the heart of my problem and addressed. Will return to her again when needed.
She was very personable and professional.
I was not happy at all with her service I feel she was a waste of time and money. I will not be returning at all for anything. I wish her well and good luck to her in the future
My visit with Dr. Nelson was great she was on point and very professionalism.
Dr. Nelson was very thorough and kind. I felt completely at ease with her and when I left her office I felt confident about my long term health plan!
My visit was good, was seen in under 15 minutes, my only complaint is scheduling when I used the Zocdoc app, each and every time I schedule with the times listed I'm asked to reschedule, which always conflicts with my schedule
Although it was a long wait I felt that it was worth the wait. Also I thought the wait could have been due to my late appointment and most doctors fall behind due to unexpected issues during the day.
She was very knowledgeable about my condition. She explained everything to me in full detail.
Total waste of time and money. Would love to get a refund. Did not like her energy. Many of the hospital visits I've had in the past the health professional would smile when they came into the treatment room. Felt as if I were pulling teeth to obtain options for my condition. Was told I shouldn't purchase nail care products from the dollar store. Hmmm, I haven't shopped at a dollar store in years, what made you assume I did? The receptionist was very personably. Her attitude fooled me about the type of care I was to receive.
I thought the session went as well as expected for a first visit. It was an opportunity to get acquainted and feel the doctor out. The doctor made me feel comfortable and at ease. As far as whether or not I would recommend the doctor to others, it is to early to tell. I'll be in a better position to give an evaluation after my next visit which will result in a procedure to address a toenail problem. How things go before and after the procedure will put me in a better situation to evaluate the doctor. Overall, today was a good initial meeting.
I will return for another visit.
I was seen 4 minutes after arriving. There is a dog so if you don't like dogs, ask them to put it away. I appreciated the wide range of appointment times and the doctor explained my options clearly and took a good deal of time to answer my questions.
Dr. Robinson was professional and very knowledgeable about my situation. She explained my situation in very plain language so I could understand the procedure that was about to take place. Additionally, Dr. Robinson was quite reassuring that the slight discomfort from the procedure would be better in 24 hours, and it was. Although I had many questions, she was an extremely patient listener and answered them all.
Great Consultation. Look forward to fixing my issues.
Dr. Nelson was very professional and pleasant during my visit. She listened to my concerns, walked me through treatment options (including pros and cons) and next steps. She answered all my questions very thoroughly and knowledgeably. I also loved meeting her sweet little dog Dallas, who is a therapy dog and sure brightened my day!
She was great. Very knowledgable and caring. Listened, provided alternative solutions and did not force surgery as an option.
She was very knowledgeable.. She answered all my questions and gave me good clear advice/ instructions to follow. She had a great bedside minor and her little dog was cute too.
My visit was excellent
Great first appointment. I have a podiatrist already who was always booked. I think I've found her replacement.
Very good doctor. She gave very helpful feedback on my feet and cost-effective ways to relieve pain. Her dog is absolutely adorable and brings a smile to everyone.
Nice office staff. Cute dog! Yes, I said dog. Not a problem for me cause I love dogs. Dr. was personable. Felt I needed another opinion and glad I got one.
Not sure yet...had to wait a long time for a short consult. The jury is still out!
Dr. Nelson relieved my concerns about a condition I thought I had and did not. Will be able to provide an alternative to an unsightly nail. Nice office space. Nice office staff. A Dallas fan for sure.
Dr. Nelson was very nice. I registered online in hopes that it would speed up my time to be seen. I was seen 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
Dr. Nelson is both personable and knowledgeable, the number one and two traits I consider to make an excellent doctor. Her RNs/office staff were personable and quick as well. The office is in a nicely decorated with comfortable chairs in the waiting area. Dr. Nelson was thorough and quick.
Great experience. Everyone was very friendly.
I waited over an hour to be seen and while sitting in the exam room I finally stepped out to see why the wait was so long and when the doctor finally came to see me she claimed she had no knowledge of me being there. Said the staff never informed her. Also there was a dog running around in the office. But I honestly did like her once we met, but I did not appreciate the initial unprofessional behavior
Dr. Nelson is fantastic. She takes her patients on time and is very professional. My surgery went without a hitch and I have recommended her to others.

this doctor was truly attentive and down to earth.
She has a great manner and wants to make sure a patient is aware of all their options.
I found Dr. Nelson to be both, personable and informative, on my treatment. She took her time with me, answered my questions and alleviated my concerns. I was grateful to have found her.
Very good doctor. Very personable. Would recommend to friends and colleagues. Receptionist and nurse were very friendly. All around you will be pleased.
It was great. Great location. Beautiful office. Wonderful staff.
I feel like it was a total waste of gas (from DC to Glenn Dale) and a co-pay to hear, "take a pill and call me in the morning." Maybe it was just a bad day for her! Office Staff was nice and professional.
Will be willing to answer after follow up visit.
It felt rushed, and I felt like she didn't particularly care about my foot health.
Very thorough and reassuring. She answered all questions and was very professional.
The staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Nelson was very warm and personal and she answered all my questions.
