Dr. Puplampu had good beside manner and was helpful in identifying the issues with my foot. She was not prepared to take a payment by card, because "the system was down", on both occasions I visited her and I was not prepared the first time to pay in cash. She also was not reassuring in getting my X-rays from the hospital, that was literally 5 minutes away. This caused a problem with the second visit, which she was not in the office, no one was in the office that day. I had taken off from work early to get my results and she wasn't there.. She apologized and I had to take off from work on yet another day to get the results from my X-ray, which she would not give me over the phone, because I had not broken bones. I would not go back
