The office experience wasn't great - the waiting room was crowded and I had to ask a few times to keep my appointment. The test was quick and generally nonconclusive. I had a few minutes with the Doctor, and it was generally not helpful, which could be more the test's fault than the Doctor.

Dr. Trevino took care of one of my residents I sent over from Santa Cruz. He was excellent! He did a CT scan that very same day which is very much appreciated. Thank You Dr. Trevino.

I went to Doctor Trevino's office today for my ear check up & treatment. I was very calm and happy that my ears are still OK after the hearing test. Doctor Trevino is a very nice man & explained everything that I needed to know about my hearing problem. I have seen many different ENTs for years. I came to Dr. Trevino with a specific problem (trouble breathing/sleeping) and he quickly diagnosed the problem and offered options. I discovered that after 10 years of using Breath-Right strips, I won't need to anymore after getting a simple surgical procedure done that will take Dr. Trevino 20 minutes to perform. Fast results.

Goals were accomplished:
1. Remove Wax from Ears.
2. Alleviate Pain in left ear.
3. Obtain Hypnosis Confidence in Quietus Product Remedy for Ringing in the Right Ear.
4. Gain Rapport with Dr. Richard.
In Addition, unspoken suggestions were obtained about how to improve my hearing by doing Rresearch based upon Educational Mateial spoken to me by Dr. Trevino about my Hearing test results from what I already knew. My hearing is diminshed at higher audio frequencies.

Although I booked with Dr. Trevino, he wasn't at the clinic at my appointed time. I saw him roll in about 40 mins later and I eventually saw his assistant 45 minutes after my booking. She was very compentent but not much in the way of bedside manner or personality - very to the point. No apology for leaving me waiting for so long. I would only go back for this specific complaint.

Great Dr. He knew exactly what problem I was having on my first visit. Few weeks later I had a nose surgery and removal of adenoids. Never again did I have any problems. Would definitely recommend this Dr. Great job.
