Sarah earned her B.S. in Biology from Santa Clara University and completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Michigan, graduating with honors. Before becoming a PA, she worked at UCSF Medical Center as a Clinical Research Coordinator, where she supported complex clinical studies and co-authored research published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

She was nice enough and consulted her supervisor about my symptoms, and told me my results would be shared within 48 hours. When they were not shared, I hoped that meant I was at least negative. I had to call them myself 5 days later, the assistant didn't understand what I was asking, and when they finally sent the report, sure enough I had a highly contagious virus.
Furthermore, the lab result document stated that it had indeed been ready four days earlier. So, they didn't bother to call, I had to reach back out, and I had been exposing family and peers for 4 days needlessly. How ridiculously irresponsible and negligent.

This was my first time coming here since moving back from SoCal & needing a new doctor. They were super fast & professional. I had a routine physical and waited maybe 3 minutes until they saw me & the doctor came right away - it took around 45 minutes total.
Sarah was super sweet and professional & made everything go super smoothly and answered any questions I had.
