I heart Dr. Arnold. He educates while treating. He is kind and caring and considerate. I wish all docs were like Dr. Arnold. He actually listens to my concerns. He is probably one of the best in NYC.
Dr. Arnold himself is extremely thorough in his evaluation, going over your full medical history at length. The nurse also went over this extensively. They were both extremely detailed in their questions and actually listened and took notes on what I had to say. I spent about 1 hour with the nurse and 1 hour with Dr.Arnold. I felt like he really wanted to get down to the bottom of my issue and make sure we move ahead properly. He and the nurse were both very easy going, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I went in a few minutes after my appointment time, so no long wait at all. I was more than happy to spend 2 hours there as i felt they took the time out and did not rush to any diagnosis. Scheduling a follow-up was also very easy

He was very thorough and took his time. I was a new patient and he spent 1 1/2 with me.
I've never experienced such a rude receptionist! She ruined the entire visit for me.

Amazing doctor!
Verified patient
Very caring, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend. You’ll spend a long time here but you will have all your questions answered! Staff is also very nice.
Verified patient
It was the most thorough initial interview I’ve had with a specialist. We were able to draw a clear path in the pursuit of my illness.

This Doctor has zero respect for his patients time. For my first visit, his assistant first spent 1 hour with me asking me about 200 questions without even asking me what the purpose of my visit was. After that I went to see the Doctor who then asked me each of those questions again spending another hour. They drew blood for a test but they messed that up so I had to do in again to give more. For my follow up appointment to discuss the bloodwork, he was 90 minutes late even though I was his first appointment of the day.
great doctor and great team !
Nice doctor, extremely long wait time.
Dr. Arnold and his assistant were very thorough and answered all of my questions. Dr. Arnold left no stone unturned and is truly an experienced doctor with the care of his patients in mind. Although an Endicrinologist, he is now my primary doctor. Oh, and e even helped me with knee pain that I have been suffering with.
Verified patient
A great doctor who listens and is willing to work with patients. Very knowledgable and more interested in getting a fuller picture of me as a patient (lifestyle, diet, medical history) before settling on a diagnosis or treatment plan. Listens to concerns and eagerly addresses any questions.
Dr. Arnold is an absolutely excellent doctor. He is intelligent, extremely thorough, kind, and genuinely cares about the comprehensive health of his patients. He listens carefully and doesn't rush through any aspect of the appointment. As a result, the wait times can be very long, so it's best to schedule an appointment when you have a free block of time. I would much rather have a doctor whose intellect and thoroughness I trust than one who is mediocre and rushes through the appointment (so common here in New York) so for me, the wait time is no issue. Highly recommend.
Verified patient
Dr. Arnold is a truly exceptional doctor who gave me the best and most thorough care I have received in the 17 years that I’ve lived in NYC. I went to see him for my thyroid but will now be using him as my primary care and couldn’t be more thrilled to have found him. Be aware that you will spend 2+ hours in the office, but most of that will be with Dr. Arnold himself and/or his wonderful assitant Dr. Eli. As everyone in the waiting room agreed, the wait stinks but he’s MORE than worth it! You simply can’t find patient, non-rushed, thoughful care like this anymore. Will be recommending him to my family, friends and coworkers immediately!

Great Dr. - highly recommended
He is great, very good-natured and pleasant. He took his time understanding my symptoms and answering my questions. When he asked me about my medical history, it seemed a little redundant since his staff had asked me the exact same questions. The waiting time is horrible! Expect to be there for several hours, probably even all day. Also, the receptionist, while seemingly well-intentioned, could be rude.
Am so happy with the attention this Dr had for my care. Because he do more than he can for his patients. He’s so responsible , care about treatment, do all test by himself and he’s amazing profesional person . Dr Arnold is one of the best dr I never seen . God bless him for it. But the from desk personal is not the teen he needs because he’s loosing credibility with
Verified patient
Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Don't squeeze an appointment in if you're having a busy day because he really takes the time to review your medical history. His careful attention was exactly what I had hoped for.

This doctor is nothing short of amazing. He is so kind and personable. He spends time getting to know you beyond your status as a patient, but as a person. He is extremely thorough and diligent in getting to the root of your concerns. He is a gem and I am so thankful to be working with him. Great person; great doctor.
Verified patient
Dr. Arnold is the best doctor I've ever had. Yes, you will definitely wait awhile, but that's because he clearly cares about his patience's and their well being. He takes the time to discuss your issues with you and why they could be happening. So rare to find someone like him and his staff. Incredibly grateful!
Verified patient
He is the absolute best that is why the wait is long... Thanks Dr. appreciate your care and attention to detail second to none.
Verified patient
Excellent Doc be prepared to wait he's extremely thorough and genuinely compassionate. Front office staff (Liz) was so cheerful with a bright smile.
Verified patient
Came to the office on time. The receptionist was on the phone since I stepped in, so that nobody informed that the doctor was not in the office until I asked. I was waiting for 40 minutes and decided to leave... At the same moment the doctor came in and mentioned that I should stay because "it is not going to take long". It seems normal for the office to make patients wait for too long and spend a little time addressing their issues. This is not acceptable.
Awesome very good listener and knowledgeable, a bit of wait to see the Dr after I wrapped up with fhe medical ssisfant. With that said it was woth fhe waif
Verified patient
Very clean office, staff were very helpful, and doctor took his time listening to me and explaining everything I need to know.

This is my first visit with Dr. Arnold. He took his time to go over my medical history and also took his time to address my concerns. I am very please to say that my visit went very well. He has excellent professional's bedside manner. Without questions, I would definitely recommend him to anyone who are looking for a competent physician who is also easy to talk to.
Verified patient
Wonderful physician! Wait times are horrible, but I deal with it because he is so good. I imagine the earlier in the day you go the less waiting. I usually go at the every end of day due to my work schedule so the wait is probably to be expected.
Dr. Richard was thorough during the consultation. Unfortunately, I had to wait more than 2 hours past my appointment original time. I believe that some unpredicted issue happened which prevented him from seeing my as scheduled. In spite of this delay, I'd recommend him.
Verified patient
He was very thorough and spent a long time going through my symptoms and questions with detail explanations. He is a great doctor. I would recommend him highly.
Verified patient

Verified patient
Dr. Arnold is very intelligent and thorough. He spends the time to really get to know and understand the patient. He is very kind and explains everything clearly. I loved him and would recommend him!
Verified patient
In a city like NYC, finding a healthcare practitioner who will take the time to thoroughly assess your condition and answer questions and concerns is a true rarity. Dr. Arnold is immensely knowledgeable and I am certain that with his help I will be able to determine the cause of my medical problems along with it, a course of action to treat them. The care he and his staff showed me was unparallelled. Thank you.
Verified patient
I was recomended to Dr. Arnold by a friend who said he "won't stop until he determines what's going on with you." And it's true.
Great.
