The office staff was great. However my experience with Dr. Baylor was pretty horrific. His greeting to me when he walked into the room was “Why are you here and what do you want?”. I explained to him my symptoms and why was wrong with me and he followed up by saying “I’m retiring you should find another doctor I don’t know why you’d want to come in and see me for my first appointment”. I said I didn’t know you were retiring and could you help me. He continued to be arrogant and condescending the rest of my appointment. He ultimately would not order a prescription for me that had worked in the past and he said you’ll have to take this one which I agreed to take his professional opinion. Called back in and he wouldn’t allow me to try a prescription that worked for me for several years and I’m mot sure what his motive is/was but I would never recommend him. Apparently if you’re going into retirement you’re entitled to treat a new patient that way. It’s a shame he can get away with treating someone that way. As a business owner I wouldn’t be in business with that attitude. Shame on him.
