I also am a strong believer in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Healthy habits in diet, exercise, sleep and social support will help you avoid chronic conditions and diseases. Why I entered medicine I entered the health care field because I have a passion for helping others. I started my nursing career at Lehigh Valley Health Network and am very excited to be returning as a nurse practitioner. Personal interests I enjoy spending free time with my family and friends. I love trying new restaurants with my husband and like any type of outdoor event or activity. I also love watching and attending sporting events – especially when the Phillies and the Eagles are good!
