This was my second visit to this office and will now be my last. From the very moment you walk in the door you are greeted (using that term loosely) by a very unpleasant woman. Initially, I thought her rude andcondescending demeanor was a result of having a bad day, though now that I have had the same experience twice I believe that is her natural attitude. The first appointment I was scolded for not coming 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork (I arrived only 20 minutes early), and I was additionally given excessive attitude for not having my husband's social, though I made sure to clarify what I needed prior to going. On the second appointment, as soon as I gave my name and appointment time, she immediately told me that switching my appointment 2 hours prior was "not preferred" and I should not do it again. To be fair, if it is not preferred, don't allow it as an option on the website- problem solved. You can't punish patients for taking an option that you allow in the first place. I made it clear to her that this would be my last appointment. Also, just a HIPPA suggestion, you might want to close your window when calling patients, giving their full name and confirming their appointment (in detail), so that the entire waiting room doesn't know why the gentleman and his son are coming in and on what day! When the doctor came in he clarified why I was there. I explained that though I had seen him 3 weeks ago for a OB-GYN referral for pregnancy, I had experienced a miscarriage. He didn't bat an eye. Just asked if it was my first and what I wanted from the appointment. He didn't bother to ask how the process went, if I was experiencing any difficulties or concerns, just stared at his computer and looked up codes. I requested a blood screening and a new referral for fertility testing with my OB-GYN. He sat in silence creating the order- made no conversation, only asked if I was depressed. Other than that, SILENCE! I then mentioned I had pains in my shoulder and wrist. At this point he actually paid attention long enough to give me an anti-inflamatory though never actually said ANYTHING! So I left with no referral, no explanation for the pain or other systems I describe, no plan moving forward. I was given an order for blood work and told to come back in 2 weeks. Yeah, NO THANK YOU! For a man with his age and experience level you would think he would have mastered bedside manner and basic human sympathy. Since he has not, I will waste no more time here.

Had to visit with the same problem 3rd time...No resolution yet, been 2 months now. Each follow up visit is the same charge as the first visit...you may want to find another doctor if you want the fast treatment with minimal expenditure.

I was surprised when I went in that this was a family medical center and not a dermatology office (as I searched/filtered ZocDoc for Dermatology Specialists). That's not the office's "fault", but it's good to know... I was helped immediatelyand after filling in paperwork for about an hour (since it was a general practice and not just questions about skincare and history), I was called in immediately to be prepped for the doctor who I also got to see almost immediately after being admitted. He was kind, had great bedside manner, read through and asked me questions about my paperwork (even though I was only there for an acne check-up), and found off-brand substitute prescriptions for my acne and eczema pills and ointments. I would recommend Dr. Grandjean.

My mother enjoys meeting Dr. Grandjean and loves having him as her physician. She had gone through a number primary care physicians and is very happy with him. She wants to stay with him from now on. My only complain isthat I had filled out all of the required paperworks and sent the information ahead of the appointment time to the office thinking that it would be easier for my mother. Somehow, the office kept asking the same question again even though all of the paperworks have been sent ahead of time. Their explanation is that they are very busy and don't have the time to print out the completed forms. I would ask that going forward, please check the completed information.

Just got back and couldn't get to my computer fast enough. Total waste of time. He needs to begin with finding new personnel. Receptionist has the personality of a pen. The "bedside manners" rating is directed towards his staff which didnot make you feel welcome, but more so made you feel as if you are bothering them by coming in. They (including Dr.) refuse to review your current medical file from another Dr. and results from 2 weeks prior before arriving because in their minds it makes more sense to waste your time in coming back. Don't waste your time! You will feel like you are in the Walmart of doctor's offices in regards to quality.
