We would like to share a small concern from our recent visit. The appointment was booked specifically with a lady doctor. During the consultation, a male doctor attended instead, without prior intimation or consent from the lady doctor.
While the doctor was professional and listened carefully, I felt uncomfortable due to the lack of communication beforehand. We believe it would be helpful if patients are informed in advance or asked for consent when there is a change in the consulting doctor, especially for sensitive consultations.
This feedback is shared only to help improve patient comfort and communication. Thank you for your attention.
Again, this feedback is not about the gender of the doctor or questioning the doctor’s intention or professional skill. The concern is specifically about the lack of prior information and the absence of patient consent before changing the consulting doctor. Informing the patient in advance or seeking consent would help ensure comfort.

The doctor was exceptional - kind, listened well and gave feedback to my questions. Never rushed and open minded.
The staff was fine, sometimes I felt like I had repeated myself - either on paperwork, speaking to staff or misunderstanding.
I received a bill after the fact that I don't know what it is about so I will have to reach out - it would have been nice to know before I left what to expect. I am being honest not critical and would recommend my friends because I feel it's an experience that not only is compassionate but does focus around health and not other items.

I would make sure all paper work is done and insurance changed with the provider.
Front staff needs to be careful of the conversation taking place, they shouldn't be talking about there butt.

The front desk staff and nurses were great, and everyone was transparent with their communication. They made it very clear that I needed to go to an OBGYN for what I needed, which was fine, but I at least wanted to confirm that the strings of my IUD could be seen. The doc acted like I was wasting her time, wasn't friendly, and was clearly frustrated by what I wanted. Loved the rest of the staff, but the doc wasn't empathetic at all, especially for someone who was expressing concern.

The nurse that collected payment from me was extremely rude. Told me “we aren’t going to check you today because your sick” and “if we had known you had symptoms we wouldn’t have even let you in the office” also told me it didn’t matter what my covid test results were because “you have sick symptoms”. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Basically told me they wouldn’t treat me and then charged me. The doctor was nice and did eventually do my check up because my test was negative. But I would suggest going somewhere else. This nurse should have explained their process to me kindly as a new patient instead of being a complete jerk. Will not be going back.
