Along with utilizing a full complement of pharmacological treatments, Dr. Richard Kang also performs a variety of interventional procedures such as endoscopic laser spine surgery, epidural steroid injections, facet, sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency lesioning, sympathetic blocks,peripheral nerve blocks and fully implantable therapies. In order to keep abreast of the latest treatment modalities in pain management, Dr. Richard Kang maintains an active membership in the American Society of Anesthesiology, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, American Pain Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Medical Society of New Jersey, and the Interventional Spine Intervention Society.
